We think it is wonderful when we can make our guests happy and satisfied. Many have become regulars by now. And for that we would like to say thank you!
Our story
At the end of 2005 we took over what is today the pancake house, including the hotel, in a rather desolate condition. The complete refurbishment and renovation took five months, until at Easter 2006 we were finally able to open the doors of our beautiful, like-new house for you.
As a trained chef, I, Christian Schulzeck, stand at the stove in the pancake house myself. Together with my wife Anna, I make sure that only high-quality, fresh delicacies reach your plate and that the service is right across all our offers.
For us, our home of Fehmarn stands for quality of life. This is something we want to keep passing on to our guests in the future.
