The name of our restaurant says it all: here, everything revolves around pancakes.
A dish with an ancient history: archaeological finds document that pancakes were the earliest and, in prehistoric societies, the most widespread dish made from grain. And to this day they are enjoyed all over the world.

We serve national and international pancake specialities to our guests, young and old. Always nice and hot from the pan and with fresh ingredients and fillings.
Do you prefer your pancake “tried and true” with apple sauce, cinnamon and sugar? Sweet, for example with real Nutella, caramelised bananas or ice cream? Savoury, for example with salmon or beef goulash, spinach or mushrooms? Do you like simple creations, for example with rice pudding, cinnamon and vanilla sauce? Or rather “wild” ones, like the “Fehmarn Pancake” with fried potatoes, bacon, onions, gratinated cheese, gherkin and remoulade?
You are spoilt for choice with over 30 variations! – including international classics such as Kaiserschmarrn, flambéed Crêpes Suzette, Palatschinken or blueberry pancakes. Take a look at our complete menu!
By the way: for allergy sufferers we also bake with soy milk and buckwheat flour. And every now and then our house pianist accompanies your feast with romantic piano music …

Mobile offer
Fast! Super easy! Simply delicious!
Our credo of “enjoyment and quality” naturally applies not only to our pancake house in the heart of Fehmarn, but also to our mobile offer.
During the summer months we offer you a mobile crêpe stand on the promenade at the southern beach.
In the high season, the crêpe stand is supplied with fresh batter twice a day, because demand for this delicious French speciality is high. Particularly popular: Nutella or sugar and cinnamon. Alongside sweet varieties, we also offer savoury crêpes or versions with alcohol. In addition, we serve popcorn and fresh waffles. Especially cool for kids: the waffles come on a stick, plain or with icing sugar.
